Q. Are there black-out dates or time-share presentations to attend?
A. There are some blackout dates over the typical holiday and peak season but there are no hidden fees. In other words you are getting the most for your money with our great deals in all destinations you are required to attend a VIP breakfast preview presentation (approximately 90 mins.) of the developers resort and you must be 25 years of age to qualify for tour.
Q. Where would I stay in Orlando?
A. In Orlando you will be located with in approximately 10-15 minutes of the major
theme parks, world-class dining and best night spots in the USA.
We work with several well known properties such as
the Star Island Resort & Spa, Radisson WorldGate Hotel, Country Inn & Suites and Calypso Cay.
Q. What do I get in an all inclusive Cancun resort package?
A. A 5/4 night stay in Cancun at the most beautiful properties in the area including the Melia Turquesa Cancun, Viva Wyndham Azteca. All properties are beach front and include food, alcohol an non alcohol beverage and entertainment. Beach access and activities such as swimming, volleyball, free snorkeling and non motorize water sports.
Q. What do I get in a Cancun Bonus Resort Package?
A. 5/4 nights resort accommodations, non-inclusive and Airport pick up/drop off from hotels including the Casa Maya and Gran Melia Cancun. The Entertainment Plus card is also included.
Q. Once I receive my package how long do I have to use it?
A. You should receive your package in 10-14 business days and from that time
you have one full year.
Q. Is airfare included in my package?
A. No, but once your Reservations are booked we will be happy to assist you in obtaining Reservations with an airline at the lowest published rate at time of ticketing.
Q. Where do you mail my package to?
A. Anywhere you want it shipped.
Q. How soon should I make my Reservations after I receive my package?
A. In order for us to guarantee your Reservations we ask that you mail in your reservation request form along with your one time $58.00 (USD) reservation fee and make it at least 45 days before you travel.
Q. What are our hours of operation for customer service/ reservation department?
A. Sales Department 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
Customer Service 10:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Saturdays.
