Sun-Kissed Travel is a full service advertising and promotions company bringing its clients products to the Internet consumer at the lowest prices available. Any fulfillment for travel is through third parties contracted to Sun-Kissed Travel to provide these advertising and promotion services. All vacation travel is individually governed by the terms and conditions of the independent fulfillment companies contracted to Sun-Kissed Travel. Please read and confirm all terms and conditions of any travel arrangements made through Sun-Kissed Travel "Travel Services" and "Travel Specials" as well as those included with any third party promotions.

The following terms and conditions are typical to most Sun-Kissed Travel's client promotions. Please read the terms and conditions included with your promotion as each Sun-Kissed Travel client uses their own binding requirements.

· Most Sun-Kissed Travel promotions expire one year from the issue date. Travel must be completed before this expiration. These vacations are for promotional use only, and are void if resold. You may transfer your vacation for $75.00 (USD) transfer fee. This fee must be paid prior to any transfers.


· All travelers are responsible for their taxes (hotel, airline, and cruise Port & Departure Fees), custom fees, gratuities, and hospitality fees associated with their vacation. All Reservations are on a written information basis only. Be sure to send in any change request to your Reservations in plenty of time to secure your vacation dates. Major Holiday travelers, plan well in advance. These resorts typically require 45 days notice. No Holiday Travel is Guaranteed and based on availability. Each reservation provides one room accommodations for up to 4 people. Maximum occupancy is determined by travel location and hotel regulations.

-Any cancellations made once a reservation is confirmed by Imperial Majesty cruise line is subject to a $25.00 fee from Imperial as well as Cancellations 30 to 7 days prior to sail date will be subject to a $50.00 per person penalty. There will be no refunds for cancellations 6-0 days prior to sailing or for no-shows on the day of sailing. For Orlando promotions travelers must be 26 years of age or older and if married must travel together. If co-habituating you must show proof of same residents. Must have a combined household income of at least $40,000 a year.

· Typically the expiration date is set at one year from the date purchased unless alternative dates are given at that point. A one time change to these dates is at no cost to the consumer, provided 45 days notice prior to changing your travel dates is given. Short term advance notice, peak season, and holiday or special event requires a fee of $75.00. Please give an alternative travel date when requesting changes to your reservation. In the event that your first request date is not available, we will automatically apply for the second date. Once we apply for your travel dates, this will reconfirm your travel request. This is not for checking availability. This is making your travel arrangements. Confirmations will follow. In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled Reservations you are still responsible for the entire cost of your vacation, no monies will be refunded, and in addition you will be responsible to pay a no-show fee of one night at full rack rate of $150.00 us dollars. All date changes must be made at least 14 business days prior to arrival to avoid these charges and must be in writing sent into our office.

· Reservations received in less than 45 days from travel date will be charged an acceleration fee, per person. This will be to accelerate your travel Reservations. Also, you must mail in your certificate with requested travel dates, who is traveling and desired destination with your one time reservation fee of $58.00 U.S. Dollars prior to any Reservations being confirmed. Travelers are advised not to leave their HOME without proper confirmation letter and tour times. Sun- Kissed Travel is not responsible for increases in airfare, cruise, or hotel prices, or taxes. Major Holiday travelers may encounter these additional charges. Sun- Kissed Travel and their affiliates, and or suppliers are not responsible for any changes in flight, or cruise times. Sun- Kissed Travel is not responsible for delay or cancellation due to acts of nature, natural disasters, or government, or acts of God preventing travel on the dates reserved. Sun-Kissed Travel is not responsible to Cancellation of Reservations by airlines, cruises or hotels.

· Documentation requirements: for entry into the Foreign Countries, and re-entry into the United States , U.S. citizens must carry proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, and a picture I.D.). Foreign passengers must be in possession of a valid passport, and a multiple entry visa. It is the passenger's responsibility to check with government agencies, or consulates, to determine required documents for entry in to Foreign Countries, and re-entry into the United States . All visitors are subject to the laws and regulations of that country.

· Due to certain seasonal demands and availability, Sun- Kissed Travel reserves the right to offer substitute hotel or cruise accommodations, of equal or greater value, when necessary.

· Sun- Kissed Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any other agent, or distributor, other than those specifically contained in the promotional offer, and contained within the terms and conditions of the promotional package.

·Sun-Kissed Travel accepts no responsibility or liability for any Damages, expense or inconvenience due to loss injury and or Damage to any person or property for any cause what so ever as a result of acceptance or use of vacation offer. Please Do not make any travel arrangements prior to having written confirmation of your itinerary from Sun-kissed Travel. Sun Kissed Travel accepts no responsibility for fees incurred involving travel arrangements not made thru Sun-Kissed Travel.

·You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation with in 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel these contract accommodations or facilities that are not available pursuant to request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by retuning the certificate and sending notice to Sun-Kissed Promotions, Inc. At: 6635 West Commercial Blvd. Suite 210 Tamarac , Florida 33319 . No purchaser should rely upon representation other than those included in this contract.

· Cancellation of your vacation itinerary will be accepted only in writing by mail. You have 30 days from the purchase of your package for cancellation. Once dates are confirmed, Vacation deposits are non-refundable. This vacation is sold in adherence with Florida State Law. Any cancellations of dates after 30 days will be subject to the full cost of the vacation and are not entitled to any refunds.

Sun- Kissed Travel is not responsible for changes, or cancellation, of agreements between any hotels, cruise ships, or airlines.


Holiday fees of $75.00 (USD) will apply over peak season and holidays. Requests over peak or holiday travel must be submitted at least 60 days prior to departure; requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

· You are receiving this discounted vacation offer with the acceptance of all terms and conditions and are required to attend a *90 min presentation of the featured resort vacation ownership property except for exempted states. All travelers Must qualify to tour and if misrepresent Sun-Kissed Travel in regards to these requirements set by Program, Traveler will incur Full Rack rate upon check out, may not be entitled to gifts offered or could be denied a said destination.
